Individual Insurance Products

Global Medical Insurance is long-term, annually-renewable medical insurance that provides worldwide coverage to individuals and families of all nationalities. This is an ideal plan for those who need a full range of medical benefits. You have a choice of three plan options: Silver, Gold and Platinum. You also have A choice of two coverage area options: worldwide or worldwide excluding the U.S. and Canada. Both options provide coverage 24 hours a day, and you have the freedom to choose any doctor or hospital for treatment.

Patriot Travel Medical Insurance

 

The Patriot products address the medical insurance needs of US citizens and foreign nationals who need temporary medical insurance while traveling for business or pleasure anywhere outside their home country. Coverage includes medical evacuation, repatriation, and your choice of deductibles and policy limits.

Patriot Extreme

Patriot Extreme^? International provides coverage for US citizens traveling abroad for a minimum of 30 days up to a maximum of six months. Although the Patriot Extreme plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent Period of Coverage. A new application also must be completed.

Elite provides coverage that can help you recover non-refundable, unused payments and deposits when your trip is cancelled or interrupted for a variety of reasons. Benefits are also provided for travel delays, baggage delays, emergency medical treatment, emergency medical evacuation and much, much more.

Evacuation

Sky Rescue provides international scheduled benefits to meet your needs in an emergency. This coverage is available to those under the age of 65 traveling outside their country of citizenship for a minimum of three months.

Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance

Emergency medical evacuation may be necessary if the local health care system is unable to treat the condition. Domestic health insurance plans may not adequately respond to these needs.
